Hey there!!!
I'm Oda, and I truly believe that in the end, there's nothing you can do but believe in yourself and take action!
#Don'tLiveSomeoneElsesLife
#PeopleAreLessInterestedInYouThanYouThink
Yesterday, I shared the business plan (Bank Edition)!
I'm proud to say it was pretty good.
#I'mHumble
This time, I'd like to talk about the business plan for models.
This is what I use to explain the business to each of the 365 people I gather from across the country, either in person or via Zoom.
The more I strategize this calendar business, the more important it becomes to gather these 365 people, and I need those 365 people to feel my passion.
So, among the three business plans (for banks, models, and corporate presentations), this business plan is the most important.
First, the concept!
Nothing can start without first deciding on the concept.
For example,
When cooking,
Are you making it delicious
Are you making it fun
Are you making it quickly
Are you making it with some special touch
It's the same as choosing how to make it
when cooking at a fine restaurant,
when cooking with her,
when cooking in the morning,
when cooking for a competition
depending on the situation.
#WhichIsWhich
So first, I decide what this business plan exists for.
Otherwise, even if I give the models the bank-style presentation, the models will think
『I don't know anything about income and expenses.』
『Is there any benefit for us?』
They'll think that in their hearts.
So, I'll say it again,
you should use different business plans depending on the situation.
Now, I'll present the concept of this business plan.
This business has benefits for both residents and firefighters, and I want to convey that with excitement.
#ExcitementIsImportant
#I'llAlsoKeepTheExcitementGoingThroughoutThePresentation
In plain language, this means
『Let's save the lives we couldn't save together! It's so cool that you're saving lives both at work and in your personal life! And we'll build a network of 365 people across the country! Let's use this network to revitalize the Japanese Fire Service!』
That's it.
There are two main points here.
First, clarify the purpose of the business
Second, clarify the benefits for the models
Clarifying the purpose of the business means
Naturally, explaining why this business is necessary and working together to solve this problem!
Furthermore, I must clearly explain that I quit the fire service to create a system that can provide ongoing support.
Otherwise, later on
You'll end up saying,
『Wait! Are you the only one getting paid?』

#It'sReallyAnIncrediblySmallAmount
#It'sAlreadyWrittenButI'mNotReleasingItYet
The goal is also to nip any potential misunderstandings in the bud.
Second, clarifying the benefits for the models means that active firefighters are prohibited from having side jobs.
Of course, this business cannot pay firefighters a salary.
This is because it's stipulated by the Local Public Service Act.
However, they can participate in this business. I have also confirmed with a lawyer that there are no legal issues.
So, the benefits for the models are up to the models themselves (if they think it's a benefit, then it's a benefit).
I'll tell you what I would consider a benefit if I were a model!
#SuddenlySpeakingInformally
First, the biggest benefit is that you can save children with your own strength!
There is no moment more joyful for a firefighter. Everyone feels this, and it's the biggest benefit.
Now, let's list other possible benefits.
1 A nationwide fire service network is created, making it easier to exchange opinions
2 You'll get in shape by training
3 You can post on your private account and have your friends think you're awesome
4 You can experience the superiority of being featured in a book
5 You'll be popular with the opposite sex
I think these are the benefits.
Honestly, the biggest benefit is 5, being popular with the opposite sex.
#BecauseWe'reGuys
#EveryoneWantsToBePopularNoMatterHowOldTheyAre
This is how you have to convey the benefits.
However!!
This alone is absolutely not enough.
Conveying only the benefits is absolutely wrong.
Everything has two sides.
There are good things, and there are bad things.
Also, there is the possibility that things could get worse. (This is called risk)
So, along with the benefits,
you must also convey the disadvantages and risks.
I'll quickly list the things that come to mind.
Disadvantages
For disadvantages, I'll list the confirmed information (facts or near-facts).
1 It takes time
2 An explanation to the workplace is necessary
3 It's a little embarrassing
I think these are the disadvantages.
Risks
For risks, I'll list things that haven't happened yet, but might happen.
1 Slander
2 Stalking
3 Going viral for the wrong reasons
I think these are the risks.
I have clearly written about countermeasures and how to deal with these disadvantages and risks in the business plan.
I will do my best to honestly convey my feelings to everyone so they will become models.
So that's the business plan (Model Edition) I shared today!
If you are also gathering 365 models from across the country, please try making one!
Well then, good night everyone😉
